Welcome to this A Whole New World Guitar Tutorial by Mena Massoud & Naomi Scott! This version of the song is from the new live action remake of the Disney classic – Aladdin and is quite true to the original composition in the original film with some slight changes.
It’s worth noting that this version is in a different key to the version sung by Zayn & Zhavia. If you’d like to learn that version then I also have a lesson for that below.
There are some tricky chords in this song but with some practice and patience you should be able to get it. If you’re wondering if these tricky chords are necessary, well they are. The composition of this song is such that substituting simple chords instead of the ones shown will sound a bit off.
