CHORD SHAPES

Welcome to Throwback Thursday’s where I teach you a classic hit from the last 4-5 decades! This week we have one of my favourite bands (who i’m actually seeing live this Saturday!) – Coldplay – The Scientist guitar tutorial. A really great easy song for beginners with basic chords and an easy strumming pattern throughout the whole song!! Because the strumming pattern is so simple this is a great song for beginners to learn who want to sing and play guitar at the same time. Chris Martin is an absolute genius and I can’t get enough of his songwriting. For #thescientist you’ll need a capo on the 5th fret – this gives you the easiest possible way of playing this #coldplay song and in my opinion, the best sounding as well!

Enjoy! Like the video and subscribe to the channel for more videos in the future!
